Biomechanical Swim Analysis

 

• 1 session + consultation: One 30-min on-deck session with video recording through our software, with on-the-spot analysis and recommendations for corrective drills; plus one 30 to 45-min follow-up consultation to review the motion analysis and recommendations in detail

 

• 3 sessions + consultation: Three 30-min on-deck sessions with video recording through our software to be completed in 2 months + one follow-up consultation to review the motion analysis and recommendations in detail

  •  2 session + consultation: One 40-min coach-led session on indoor trainer with video recording through our software,  with on-the-spot analysis and recommendations for corrective drills; plus one 30- to 45-min follow-up consultation to review the motion analysis and recommendations in detail

 

  • Initial coach-led session to include: Assessment of cycling mechanics, power output and/or heart rate on indoor trainer. With exercise recommendations to correct muscle imbalances or weaknesses

 

  • Follow-up coach-led session (within 2-3 weeks) after initial session to re-assess power output and/or heart rate on indoor trainer.

• Run session to include: warm-up, dynamic stretch, run/video session, and cool down; immediate general recommendations to correct obvious form deficiencies.

 

• Follow up consultation to include: detailed review of video analysis and recommendations to correct mechanical deficits
